The role emphasizes strong communication with customers, performance reviews, and collaboration with front-line managers. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of personnel management experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of two years of experience managing personnel.
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to understand and work with technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly reports and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Improve field team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
