Overhead Door Company of Des Moines, a DH Pace Company, is seeking an Install Manager in Des Moines, IA to lead the commercial door install team and ensure project success.

You will plan schedules, monitor workload, manage labor costs, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, strong leadership, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to apply technical concepts to mechanical systems.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the install department.
