Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Install Supervisor for the Coppell, TX office to lead the commercial entry door install department.

You will manage daily operations, plan schedules, review workload, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, hiring and training of new staff, and contributing to ongoing performance improvements within a 100-year-old, family-owned company with strong advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of two years of personnel management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial entry door install department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve.
• Improve performance of the field team through reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial entry door install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Will assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree, highly preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
• Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
