Job summary

DGR Systems in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager for Inside Sales & Revenue Operations to oversee Inside Sales, Order Management, Partner Operations, and Sales Operations as a single end-to-end workflow. You will lead a high-performing team, drive quote accuracy, manage orders, and optimize vendor programs while ensuring data quality in CRM and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inside sales or sales operations teams.
• Experience coaching against a standard and conducting performance conversations.
• Detail discipline under high volume and external deadlines.
• Fluency with CRM, quoting/config tooling, and vendor portals.
• Willingness to enforce standards with salespeople.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales, Order Management, Partner Operations, and Sales Operations as a single workflow.
• Oversee quote creation, configuration, and accuracy; manage deal registrations.
• Administer orders; ensure timely delivery, backorders, and substitutions.
• Coordinate OEM/distributor programs; monitor rebates and MDF claims.
• Develop and maintain CRM data quality; create useful reports and dashboards.
