Dymaxis in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Lead Inside Account Manager to be the primary contact for clients, delivering best-in-class service and overseeing onboarding and training of new IAMs.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and other teams, and data integrity in onboarding and record-keeping. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree required.
• Experience: 5–7 years of professional work experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience in industrial distribution and/or sales environments is highly recommended.

Responsabilités

• Account & Order Management: Process quotes, order acknowledgments, purchase orders, and returns for repair (RMAs) with high accuracy.
• Customer Advocacy: Communicate proactively with clients to deeply understand their needs, foster long-term relationships, and advocate for their exceptional experience.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and order inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels at our facilities.
• Team Leadership: Provide daily coaching, guidance, and direction to junior IAMs, and take ownership of training new team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and engineering teams to solve complex problems and fulfill custom client requests.
• Data Integrity: Assist with new client onboarding and accurate data entry.

Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the primary, continuing point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience. Beyond daily account management, you will champion operational excellence by onboarding, training, and guiding new IAMs, while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Education

• Education: College degree required.
• Experience: 5–7 years of professional work experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
