Dymaxis is seeking a Lead Inside Account Manager in Vancouver, WA to serve as the primary contact for key clients, manage quotes, orders, and returns, and uphold a best-in-class service experience.

The role also involves coaching junior IAMs, onboarding new hires, coordinating with engineering and other teams, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Requires a college degree and 5–7 years in industrial distribution or sales.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree required.
• Experience: 5–7 years of professional work experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience in industrial distribution and/or sales environments is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, order acknowledgments, purchase orders, and returns for repair (RMAs) with high accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with clients to understand needs, foster long-term relationships, and advocate for their experience.
• Monitor and order inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels at our facilities.
• Provide daily coaching, guidance, and direction to junior IAMs, and onboard new team members.
• Partner with internal departments and engineering teams to solve complex problems and fulfill custom client requests.
• Assist with new client onboarding and accurate data entry.

Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the primary, continuing point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience. Beyond daily account management, you will champion operational excellence by onboarding, training, and guiding new IAMs, while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Order Management: Process quotes, order acknowledgments, purchase orders, and returns for repair (RMAs) with high accuracy.
• Customer Advocacy: Communicate proactively with clients to deeply understand their needs, foster long-term relationships, and advocate for their exceptional experience.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and order inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels at our facilities.
• Team Leadership: Provide daily coaching, guidance, and direction to junior IAMs, and take ownership of training new team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and engineering teams to solve complex problems and fulfill custom client requests.
• Data Integrity: Assist with new client onboarding and accurate data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
