Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with Plex (manufacturing software).
• Must have the ability to write detailed, legible information for work performed.
• Ability to effectively lead troubleshooting practies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• 1-3 years prior supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds, machines, and robots and manage material changeovers.
• Troubleshoot mold, process, and material systems.
• Program and set up Fanuc robots as needed.
• Provide direction and coaching to less experienced team members.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and organize tooling/run status.
