Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in injection molding or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership or supervisory history preferred.
• Solid troubleshooting and Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily injection molding processes to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Lead and develop Process Technicians and Mold Technicians.
• Monitor and optimize molding parameters for quality and throughput.
• Support new product launches and process transfers to production.
• Coordinate mold changes and production planning with teams.
• Coach, train, and develop technicians; promote cross-training.
