Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in injection molding manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, materials, machines, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations with a focus on safety and 6S cleanliness.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor cycle times, scrap, downtime, and process performance; drive improvements.
