Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics, electro‑mechanical, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience with PFMEA, ERP setup, and production implementation.
• Experience with PCB assembly manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Manufacturing Engineering function for electrical/electro‑mechanical operations.
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products and changes; create work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and value stream mapping projects.
• Coordinate ECOs and CARs to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain ERP data: BOMs, routings, part numbers, documentation.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and cost objectives.
• Provide technical training and hands‑on support to production personnel.
