• Implements disciplinary actions per company policies.
• Audits quality and productivity of subordinates.
• Maintains compliance with departmental and corporate policies.
• Plans workflow across the department and coordinates with other shifts.
• Documents reports, memos, and scheduling as needed.
• Uses root cause problem solving to address quality issues.
• Performs other duties as required.
