Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ with supervision by Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and supervision of production staff to meet schedules and quality.
• Foster teamwork and accountability across shifts and departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and 5S standards.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development to achieve goals.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
