Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to supervise injection molding production teams, balancing manpower, materials, methods, and equipment to meet schedule, quality, and delivery commitments.

You will drive a culture of Servant Leadership, ensure safety, and lead continuous improvement using Lean practices. You will manage staffing and development while aligning with plant goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven success leading and developing teams of 50+ employees with Team Leader support.
• Self-driven, results-oriented collaborator across cross-functional groups.
• Strong PC skills and ERP familiarity (IQMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee injection molding production teams to meet schedule, quality, and delivery targets.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; coach on PPE and safe operating procedures.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, training, and development to achieve business goals.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and standardized work across shifts and departments.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to prevent downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-based countermeasures for safety, quality, and productivity.
