Entegris in Colorado Springs is seeking a Supervisor, Injection Molding to lead daily press operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and on-time runs. You will direct press operators and coordinate across Tooling, Setup, Process Engineering, and Material Handling to optimize safety, quality, and throughput.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in plastics molding or related manufacturing, experience developing teams, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in plastics molding, assembly, manufacturing or cleanroom; 3 years developing people/teams.
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to improve workflow and operational efficiency; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and production systems.
• Lean Sigma Champion certification (or ability to obtain).
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage press operators to ensure safe, efficient, standardized operation.
• Drive safety culture with visible floor presence and EHS collaboration.
• Coordinate between Tooling, Setup, Process/Engineering, and Material Handling teams.
• Ensure presses start and run on time with prerequisites checked.
• Drive accountability for operator standard work, inspections, and documentation.
• Address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering on root cause analysis and actions.
• Monitor KPIs: press downtime, schedule adherence, scrap, labor efficiency.
