Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead the pharmacy department, ensure safe and effective home infusion services, and align operations with regulatory standards. The role collaborates with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams to meet clinical and financial goals.

The position requires a PharmD, active state license, and substantial experience in infusion pharmacy and people management. On-site leadership in a growing national home infusion provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacy license in the state.
• 5–7 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 3 years of experience with additional qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing people.
• At least 2 years experience planning and managing department budgets.

Responsibilities

• Determines suitability of patients for home care and oversees pharmacy staff quality.
• Directs the activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff.
• Develops and mentors staff through onboarding and performance management.
• Oversees product purchasing, inventory, budgets and equipment management.
• Provides support to sales and coordinates education for managed care accounts.
• Coordinates on-call responsibilities and ensures reliable coverage.
