Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor – Infusion to lead infusion operations, design workflows, and supervise pharmacy staff. The role requires five years of pharmacy experience and a Washington state technician license.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with SOPs and provide staff coaching and development. The position is full time at the South Lake Union campus, with standard hours and occasional evenings/weekends as needed to

Qualifications

• Must have a WA Pharmacy Technician License and five years of pharmacy practice experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead and coach staff.
• Ability to design and improve workflows and operate independently within SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy workflows and staffing in infusion operations.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows; delegate tasks to technicians.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate with cross-functional teams and other departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and oversee staff development and training.
