Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to design, develop, and implement workflows across the pharmacy. You will work with the VP and Chief Pharmacy Officer to lead daily operations and ensure efficient patient services at the South Lake Union campus.

This full-time role may include occasional evenings and weekends based on clinical need. The position requires five years of pharmacy practice experience with supervisory duties, a WA Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy workflows and operations.
• Design, improve and operationalize workflows with leadership.

• Coordinate with Pharmacy Operations Manager on issues across teams.
• Lead daily huddles and cross-functional meetings.
• Address issues with other departments related to pharmacy processes.
• Review patient safety events and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
