Job summary

Cruise Terminals International (CTI) seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects across our cruise terminal portfolio. You will coordinate design, construction, operations, legal, and commercial teams to keep programs on schedule and within scope.

The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex updates into concise leadership reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, business, project management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, construction, infrastructure or real estate development, or capital projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce clear, professional reports, presentations, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of scheduling tools Primavera P6 or MS Project and construction management platforms Procore, Autodesk Forma.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of CTI's portfolio—cruise terminals, marine infrastructure, and related assets.
  • Create and maintain execution plans, schedules, risk/decision logs and trackers.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and flag issues early to the project lead.
  • Maintain organized project documentation—contracts, drawings, budgets, permits, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, change logs, procurement and close-out packages.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams among internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items to ensure commitments.
  • Support communication across development, construction, operations, commercial, legal and finance.
