Cruise Terminals International (CTI) develops, acquires, and operates cruise terminal infrastructure in partnership with port authorities and cruise line operators. We are hiring a Project Manager to help drive the day-to-day implementation of our infrastructure projects, working at the intersection of development, design, construction, operations, legal, commercial and financing teams.
This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You will keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving: ensuring that the program advances on time, on schedule and per project requirements; coordinating the people and deliverables; and turning a fast-moving stream of information into clear updates that leadership can act on. You will work closely with senior colleagues who own the strategic and commercial decisions, and your discipline will be what keeps those decisions on track.
Requirements
- Support the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects across CTI's portfolio — cruise terminals, marine infrastructure, and related upland and operational assets.
- Build and maintain the core project artifacts: execution plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and deliverable trackers.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and required decisions, and flag slippage or emerging issues early to the project lead.
- Maintain organized, current, and accessible project documentation — contracts, drawings, budgets, approvals, permits, consultant deliverables, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with budget tracking, consultant invoices, change logs, and procurement and close-out packages.
- Serve as a central coordination point for assigned workstreams, keeping internal teams and external consultants, contractors, operators, cruise line partners, and port authorities aligned.
- Prepare agendas, capture decisions and outcomes, and follow up on action items to ensure commitments are met.
- Support communication across development, construction, operations, commercial, legal, and finance teams.
Reporting and Decision Support
- Prepare clear, concise executive updates, dashboards, meeting summaries, and briefing materials.
- Help assemble materials for decision committees, investment reviews, board discussions, and partner meetings.
- Distill complex project information into structured summaries that surface key risks, open issues, and recommended next steps for senior management.
Implementation and Operational Readiness
- Help coordinate reviews, submissions, permitting activities, and stakeholder comments.
- Track deliverables, consultant scopes, procurement packages, and milestones.
- Support the handover from delivery to operations — handover documentation, SOPs, asset data, warranties, training, and close-out.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, business, project management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, construction, infrastructure or real estate development, or capital projects.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping threads.
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear, professional reports, presentations, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of a scheduling tool (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project) and a construction management platform (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Forma).
- Working familiarity with project schedules, budgets, business case models, contracts, procurement, design coordination, and construction documentation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with permitting, consultant management, document control systems, risk registers, and project-controls processes.
- Experience supporting executive committees, investment decisions, or board-level reporting.
What Success Looks Like
- Assigned projects and workstreams stay organized, well-documented, and on schedule, with risks and decisions visible well before they become critical.
- Leadership consistently has accurate, timely, and decision-ready materials — with fewer surprises and faster turnaround on committee and board inputs.
- Internal teams and external partners stay aligned, and action items are reliably closed out.
