Job summary
Tractor Supply is seeking a senior DevOps leader responsible for driving the development and delivery of infrastructure services and automation to support enterprise operations. The role focuses on building scalable platforms, enabling agility in fulfillment and growth initiatives, and providing technical leadership across teams in a DevOps operating model.
Key duties include shaping automation strategies using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling, while coaching teams and maintaining
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years DevOps experience with SDLC/agile methodologies.
- Microsoft and Red Hat DevOps certifications preferred.
- Experience with public and private cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to enable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Design maintainable solutions meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Maintain standards for secure, well-performing infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for infrastructure automation.
- Develop technology transformation roadmaps and action plans.
- Document SOPs and training for DevOps teams.
- Coach teammates through the DevOps transition.
