Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an experienced DevOps lead to accelerate infrastructure services and automation across enterprise operations. You will design scalable platforms and enable end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines while coaching teams in a DevOps model.

The role requires deep expertise in public/private clouds, containers, and automation tools, with a focus on security, performance, and compliance across environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with increasing technical responsibilities.
• 5+ years in DevOps using SDLC agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred; related experience may be considered.
• Preferred Microsoft and Red Hat DevOps certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Systems Infrastructure strategy to enable CI/CD pipelines.
• Design maintainable infrastructure solutions meeting business and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Maintain standards, ensuring secure, high-performing, integrated solutions.
• Evaluate emerging tech for infrastructure services.
