Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or database support, informatics, or related technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on SSIS package development, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and deploying SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Experience using Visual Studio for development and maintenance activities.
• Experience with GitHub or similar source control tools.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and job failure troubleshooting.
• Programming experience with VB.NET and C#.
• Experience deploying automated deployment processes for database objects such as stored procedures.
• Experience ETL data extraction/loads between production systems and vendor/internal databases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, and data processes.
• Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports following team standards.
• Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load data.
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes, including issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Maintain reliability of reporting, databases, and applications across the environment.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency.
