Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Informatics Support professional to enhance reporting, data integration, and application processes. You will troubleshoot and support SSIS packages, SSRS and Power BI dashboards, and deploy automated data workflows across production systems.

The role requires hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure reliable operations and data quality across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or data/informatics support
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SSIS/SSRS
• Experience with Visual Studio and GitHub
• Experience deploying SSRS/Power BI reports
• Programming with VB.NET and C#
• Experience automating deployment of database objects
• Experience extracting/loading data between production systems and vendor files
• Experience with secure file transfer (SFTP)
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and related data processes
• Deploy SSRS reports and Power BI reports per team standards
• Automate deployment of stored procedures to team databases
• Develop, maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes
• Update and maintain team-developed applications as needed
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements
• Support reliability of reporting, databases, and applications
• Contribute to documentation, standards and process consistency
