CVS Health is seeking an Informatics professional to support reporting, data integration, and application processes. The role focuses on troubleshooting SSRS/Power BI, developing SSIS packages, and deploying data solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

The ideal candidate will work across technical and business teams to ensure reliable operations, with strong problem-solving and hands-on development skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or database support, informatics, or related technical role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on SSIS package development, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying SSRS and Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and source control tools (GitHub).
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and job failure troubleshooting.
• Programming in VB.NET and C#; automation of deployments for DB objects.
• Experience ETL data movement between production systems and vendor/internal databases.
• Experience secure file transfer (SFTP) and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS, Power BI dashboards, SSIS, and data processes.
• Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports following team deployment standards.
• Use automated processes to deploy stored procedures to team databases.
• Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages for data extraction and loading.
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes; identify and resolve issues.
• Update and maintain team-developed applications to meet process requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support reliability of reporting, databases, and applications across the environment.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across activities.
