Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, or informatics.
• 3+ years in application or database support, informatics, or related tech role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Proficient in Visual Studio, GitHub or similar SCM, and enterprise scheduling tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SSRS/Power BI reports and SSIS packages; support data workflows.
• Deploy reports per team standards and manage automated procedures for DB objects.
• Develop and maintain SSIS pipelines; prepare data files for external transfer.
• Support scheduled jobs and reliability of reporting, DB, and apps.
• Collaborate with technical/business teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
