Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Informatics professional to support and enhance reporting, data integration, and application processes. The role involves troubleshooting SSIS/SSRS/Power BI workflows, deploying reports, and maintaining automation across production data environments.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable, accurate data operations and contribute to documentation and standards across reporting and deployment activities. 40 hours weekly, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related experience or equivalent.
• Strong SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI skills required.
• Proficient in VB.NET and C# development.
• Experience with deployment and automation of database objects.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and related data processes.
• Deploy SSRS reports and Power BI reports in alignment with team standards and established deployment practices.
• Use automated processes to deploy stored procedures to team databases.
• Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages that extract data from production databases, prepare files for SFTP to external locations, and load vendor data into team databases.
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes, including issue identification and resolution.
• Update and maintain team-developed applications as needed to support team processes and requirements.
• Partner with technical and business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support solution delivery.
• Support ongoing reporting, database, and application reliability across the team's environment.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across reporting and deployment activities.
