Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application or database support, informatics, or related technical role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on SSIS package development, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying SSRS and Power BI reports.
• Experience using Visual Studio for development and maintenance.
• Experience with GitHub or similar source control tools.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and job failure troubleshooting.
• Programming with VB.NET and C#.
• Experience deploying database objects like stored procedures.
• Experience ETL between production systems, vendor files, and internal databases.
• Experience secure file transfer processes such as SFTP.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, and data processes.
• Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports per team standards and deployment practices.
• Use automated processes to deploy stored procedures to team databases.
• Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages that extract data and load vendor data.
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes; identify and resolve issues.
• Update and maintain team-developed applications to support processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support reliability of reporting, databases, and applications across the environment.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across activities.
