Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood settings with children 0–3.
• Interest in Montessori philosophy and child-led development.
• Bachelor’s degree and ECE credits required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a calm, organized environment that fosters independence and exploration.
