Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a Montessori setting designed to nurture independence, movement, and discovery. You will observe, thoughtfully prepare the space, and provide individualized care aligned with each child’s rhythm.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a child-related field.
• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Alignment with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar educational philosophy.

• Prepare and maintain a Montessori-aligned learning environment.
