Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support each child’s natural development. You will thoughtfully prepare the space, observe children, and provide individualized care that honors their rhythms and needs.

You’ll build warm relationships with children and families, collaborate with classroom teammates, and partner with parents to support each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience with 0–3 age group in a group care setting.
• Alignment with Montessori philosophy and child-led education.
• Required ECE or Child Development credits.

Responsabilités

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Respect and follow each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating and toileting.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration.
• Support independence by encouraging children's participation in care activities.
