Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support each child’s natural development. You will prepare the classroom, observe children, and provide individualized care that honors their rhythms.

Role emphasizes fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence, with collaboration with families and a focus on warm relationships. Comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification.
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a daycare, childcare, nursery, or group care setting.
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• Required ECE or Child Development credits.
• Enrolled or have completed a 2-year Child Development or Early Childhood Education college program.
