Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned Industrial Security professional to develop and administer security programs for classified materials and SCI programs. You will interpret regulations, prepare procedures for access controls, and conduct security education and audits to ensure compliance.

Requires 5+ years in Industrial Security (or 3+ with MS), active Top Secret clearance, and strong communication skills. US citizenship is mandatory; DoD/IC program experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Security experience or 3+ with MS, plus relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with in-scope investigation.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DISS, and SIMS; proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified materials.
• Conduct studies and implement federal security regulations for company operations.
• Obtain rulings and interpretations for compliance from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals and procedures for handling, storing, and granting access.
• Conduct security education classes and audits.
• Investigate security violations and propose preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance and lead SCI program security efforts.
