Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction estimating, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, Isometric drawings and other technical schematics.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Project Schedule and Excel Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed estimates for projects up to $75M.
• Oversee discipline estimators on large multi-discipline RFPs.
• Represent the estimating team in client meetings and negotiations.
• Develop and enforce estimating procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
