Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of industrial/general maintenance experience or graduate of maintenance/HVAC/training program.
• Documentation of completion required for training programs or degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in daily department responsibilities and relay instructions to team.
• Provide maintenance support with minimal supervision to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Lead, train, and grow technicians; develop leadership within the team.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Minimize downtime and ensure effective interaction with plant personnel.
• Log information, process daily work orders, and use CMMS for documentation.
