Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of industrial or general maintenance experience or completion of a maintenance/training program.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisor in daily department coordination and communicate instructions clearly.
Provide maintenance support to ensure safe operation of equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct emergency repairs as needed and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Able to train and grow junior technicians and work with minimal supervision.
Utilize CMMS for logging, work orders, and documentation.
Maintain safe operations and minimize downtime.
