Responsibilities

• Follows safety, GMP, attendance and food safety policies.
• Proactive in daily plant operations and setup/breakdown.
• Maintain plant efficiencies, reduce costs and ensure product quality.
• Complete log sheets and communicate unsafe conditions or issues.
• Maintain mechanical inventory and replace parts as needed.
• Lubrication, conveyor repairs, power train and bearing maintenance.
• Repair electrical and mechanical equipment and work overtime as needed.
