Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills required.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance and supervision is a plus.
• Resume must be submitted.

Responsibilities

• Manage four key goals: safety, downtime, budget, and overtime.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise the designated maintenance/production crew.
• Track budgets and ensure product quality.
• Schedule maintenance crews and production orders.
• Maintain logs and records for the department’s safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on listed equipment.
• Instruct employees on PPE usage and implement ergonomic improvements.
