Qualifications
- BA/BS with 4+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, safety, or environmental compliance.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to drive risk-reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace risk evaluations and implement risk reduction strategies.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and safety program effectiveness.
- Perform formal safety audits and incident investigations as needed.
- Support cultural safety initiatives and training across sites.
- Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
