Job summary

CSL Behring LLC seeks a senior EHS professional to lead site environmental, health, and safety programs in a biotech/pharmaceutical setting in Illinois. You will manage regulatory compliance, incident investigations and risk assessment, driving continuous improvement across multiple projects and sites.

The role requires 5–7 years of EHS experience, ISO 45001/14001 know-how and strong collaboration with Operations Leadership Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupation health and safety or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred and/or MBA.
• OSHA 3 General Industry and Construction Industry certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment/development of EHS information aligned with global programs.
• Lead safety incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Oversee compliance programs for OSHA general industry and construction safety.
• Support contractor/construction safety programs and risk reviews.
• Liaise with operations leadership on EHS matters and perform risk assessments.
