Job summary

Role

Lead Industrial Hygiene and Safety Programs within Pfizer's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, focusing on risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance monitoring, and site safety training.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• BA/BS with 4+ years or advanced degrees with fewer years of experience; strong technical expertise in industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental compliance; knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations; excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office and EHS systems (e.g., Cority, Enablon).

Preferred

• master’s degree in science or engineering, professional certifications (e.g., CIH, CSP), experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments, and familiarity with AI tools for problem-solving.
