Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Manager, EHS to lead and coordinate EHS programs across sites, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with PCI and regulatory requirements. The role requires extensive experience in EH&S leadership, audits, training, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong certifications (CSP/CIH/CMIOSH), advanced knowledge in industrial hygiene, and the ability to work across global sites with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS related field.
• Advanced EH&S certifications (CSP/CIH/CMIOSH or equivalent).
• Familiarization with business continuity plans, SIF prevention, safety management systems, industrial hygiene, environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain PCI EHS policies and procedures across sites.
• Improve employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
• Audit sites for compliance with PCI and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze EHS data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Coach leadership on EHS policy interpretation and administration.
• Support Industrial Hygiene requirements and data handling.
• Ensure training is effective for risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to inspections and audits from customers and regulators.
