Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is assisting a Fort Atkinson, WI area manufacturer in recruiting a Lead Industrial Electrician – Automation & Controls for the 2nd shift. The role oversees electrical safety, NEC compliance, and automation uptime, acting as the primary technical resource on the shift.

The position offers $42.00–$44.00 per hour with daily overtime and Sundays at double-time, along with full corporate benefits and 100% company-paid tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing issues across automated packaging networks, VFDs, MCCs and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for 2nd shift electrical infrastructure, panels, and control circuits.
• Diagnose using active logic diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC/code compliance for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain master documentation and update drawings with field modifications.
• Access and service overhead power distribution safely using ladders/scaffolding/aerial lifts.
• Maintain 5S and hygiene standards in a high-hygiene manufacturing environment.
