Job summary
H. T. PROF Group in Fort Atkinson, WI seeks a Lead Industrial Electrician for the 2nd shift to oversee automation uptime and ensure electrical safety across the plant.
This direct-hire role focuses on code compliance, troubleshooting, and hands-on maintenance of automated systems in a modern, clean facility. You will lead as the primary technical resource on the 2nd shift, coordinating with maintenance and operations while earning premium overtime, full corporate benefits, and 100% company-paid
Qualifications
- 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing or packaging.
- Experience in highly regulated environments (food/beverage) preferred.
- Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase power diagrams.
- Experience with MCCs, VFDs, sensors, and conveyor systems.
- Willing to work at heights and handle high-voltage enclosures safely.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Shift Technical Lead for 2nd shift electrical infrastructure.
- Diagnose faults using active logic and schematics.
- Ensure NEC and code compliance in repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain shift documentation and PM workflows.
- Service overhead power distribution networks safely.
- Uphold 5S, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
