The position offers $42.00–$44.00/hr with daily overtime and Sundays at double-time, plus full benefits and 100% tuition reimbursement. A strong focus on safety, NEC compliance, and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical background with 1+ years in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience reading multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase diagrams.
• Ability to diagnose issues in automated packaging networks and MCCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority on 2nd shift for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose and trace electrical schematics to minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC compliance and perform hardware updates safely.
• Keep master documentation up to date with PM workflows.
• Access and service overhead power distribution safely with aerial lifts.
• Maintain 5S and high-hygiene practices in the plant.
