WM is seeking a Lead Technician – IWP to manage rebuilds and maintenance of centrifuges, pumps, augers, piping, mixers and similar equipment. You will direct lower level Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, field service, and safety training.

The role includes scheduling, guidance, and training, with oversight from senior operations leadership. A strong emphasis on safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and hands-on leadership are essential

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• TWIC card and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• NFPA 70E training is a plus.
• Pre-assignment drug/alcohol testing may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Direct work and provide scheduling guidance to Mechanics and Process Technicians.
• Lead preventive maintenance scheduling and PM sign-off processes.
• Perform complex repairs and inspections on centrifuges and related equipment.
• Provide field service for emergency breakdowns and safety checks.
• Prepare cost estimates and requisition parts and supplies.
