Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee industrial projects from planning to completion. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include leading on-site safety, managing field activities, and maintaining meticulous documentation using Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of experience as a construction site superintendent on industrial projects.
• Experience on industrial facilities & structures incl. Cold Storage Distribution Centers, Food & Beverage Processing, Packaging & Data Centers.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety meetings and enforce health, safety and quality requirements.
• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet safety, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with client leadership and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain daily Procore logs, progress photos, and documentation of progress.
• Review subcontractor start-up meetings and RFIs for timely resolutions.
