Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent for industrial projects across our Food & Beverage, Life Science, and Manufacturing sectors. You will lead on-site field work, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management, OSHA 30 certification, and 10+ years of industrial site supervision.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience as a construction site superintendent on industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam; CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for industrial projects.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Promote and enforce safety programs across the site.
