Job summary

You will manage schedules, budgets, logs, and closeouts for commercial and industrial concrete projects while collaborating with the Project Lead and operations to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for project administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
• 5+ years of project management experience for large-scale concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget.
• Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
• Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align costs with the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.
