Job summary

Thompson-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Foreman in Deer Park, TX to lead two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety, equipment operation, and accurate documentation. This role requires extensive travel and a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Applicants should have industrial cleaning experience, a HS diploma/GED, and a valid driver’s license with HPC-Industrial certification. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hydro blasting and vacuum trucks.
• Valid driver\'s license and HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Health and Safety as the top priority by following policies and working safely at all times.
• Promotes Thompson Industrial’s safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manages a crew to operate safely and completes Thompson-Industrial operations accurately.
• Ensures timely and accurate paperwork documenting work functions.
• Trains and develops equipment technicians (5% of time).
• Interacts with customers professionally and communicates clearly.
• Performs hydro blasting and vacuum truck services.
• Adapts to additional duties as assigned.
• Wears protective clothing and equipment as required.
• Works under extreme climate conditions based on location.
