HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to lead two or more hydroblasting and vacuum truck crews. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation on job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and follow policies at all times.
• Lead and manage two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely, accurate paperwork.
• Train and develop technicians; communicate with customers professionally.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services; adapt to site needs.
